Another brick in the wall

Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together.
Eph 2: 21

No pristine clay bricks these
All neatly laid
In regimented rows.
No Flemish bond
Zig-zagging its way
In ordered fashion
But the eccentricity
Of a drystone wall
Stones all different
Gnarled
Jagged
A crazy-paved jigsaw
Each with its own place
Where no other will fit
Each dependant on the other
The difference of each
Bringing strength
Beauty
Anchored in God.
